TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions govern all users of the www.elementaminos.com website (“Site”). By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you agree to these Terms in full. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

Payments

All e-Check/ACH payments will be made payable to Element Aminos.
By submitting payment, you authorize Element Aminos to initiate a one-time ACH or electronic debit to your account in the amount of your order. Payments made after 11 P.M. Pacific Time will be applied the next business day. Once payment is authorized, no changes or corrections can be made.

It is recommended that you print a copy of this authorization for your records.

Use of This Website

Unless otherwise specified, your use of this Site is governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You may not modify, distribute, reproduce, publish, license, transfer, or sell any information or materials from this Site without our written consent. SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, Element Aminos cannot accept returns of opened or used research materials. However, we are committed to fairness and transparency.

You may contact info@elementaminos.com within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your package was lost or never delivered.

If your claim is verified, we will work with you to replace the item or issue a partial or full refund, depending on the situation. Proof of damage or error (e.g., photos of packaging) may be required.

We cannot offer refunds for products purchased in error, change of mind, or misuse. All other sales are considered final once shipped.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via reputable carriers. Delivery times vary based on location. Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.
